About

Hi! I'm Suzanne Saturday.

I wasn't born with this name. I chose it myself.

I've spent my life moving between worlds that rarely speak honestly to each other, if at all: wealth and poverty, Sunday Mass and champagne rooms, wives and mistresses. I've crossed boundaries that aren't supposed to be crossed and asked questions that aren't supposed to be asked.

Along the way, I became fascinated by the trade-offs people make in pursuit of a meaningful life—especially the ones we don't talk about.

As a lifelong New Yorker, I've learned that peace is...well, a practice. You'll find me at the parks and beaches, at ballet class or playing flute. If you see a woman riding a bike with a French Bulldog in the basket, that's probably me.
